Well once again it's been some time since I've updated this. I've had uni assignments and other assorted distractions and excuses, excuses, excuses. Anyway, the new Kurilpa bridge from GOMA to North Quay opened last weekend, and I went and had a look a few days ago. The bridge is cool, but hard to photograph. Unfortunately, Brisbane isn't the most interesting of cities to photograph, either. Nonetheless, here's one of the city from what is still a relatively new viewpoint. Nothing particularly special about this, but I do like the form of the expressway.
Anyway, uni will be done for the year in 5 weeks' time (or thereabouts), so expect to see more material coming after that time.
Well, I'd hoped to update more frequently than this, but the past few weeks have all just been about uni and doing as little else as possible. I haven't had much opportunity for photography which is a real pain, though I hope to rectify that soon as I slowly consolidate some new ideas.
To break the ache and keep this thing moving, here's a new one that I've only tonight managed to get around to processing.
Well, it's been some time now since I've updated, and to be honest there has not been a lot of photography going on. University has gone back and the grind of lectures, tutorials and not doing the required readings has taken hold once again. However! I did spend a week in Melbourne at the end of July, so there should hopefully be some photos forthcoming of that trip soon! Fingers crossed I can get myself into gear and get some photography sessions underway soon!
My first attempt at photographing cars. My friend Paul was kind enough to lend his R32 Nissan GTR for the job. As per usual, click the images for larger viewing.
